This page lets you create and manage the Instance’s users.

Invite User

You can create a user account, click on the Invite User button and provide the following properties, an email invite will be automatically sent upon completion:

  1. Full Name: The full name of the user.
  2. Email Address: The email address of the user.
  3. Role: The role assigned to the user.
  4. Authentication: The authentication method assigned to the user.


The available buttons allow to:

  • Resend: Resend the email invite.
  • Edit: Edit an existing user’s details.
  • Delete: Delete an existing user.


  • Roles: A specific role can be assigned only by a user of the same level or above.
  • Authentications: Authentication methods other than Password are available only if the OpenID Connect configuration has been set in the Configuration settings.
