Prerequisites for Workspace ONE as Target
Required environment’s information
You need to first setup all general prerequisites before proceeding to this guide. Then, if your Target Tenant is a Workspace ONE environment, please follow the steps below.
Configure your users in your target's Workspace ONE instance
In order for Exodus to verify that each of your Source Tenant users is present in your Target Tenant, you need to make sure that each user's email in your Source Tenant matches the email value of the associated user in the Target Tenant.
Warning
Any device for which Exodus can't find a matching user in the Target Tenant, will be marked as failed with a sub-status: Target user not found (see the Console Guide's Device Statuses section for more details).

The next steps depend on the kind of devices that you have in your migration.
Workflow for Legacy devices
If you have any devices in one of these following configurations:
- On iOS and not attached to DEP.
- On Android platform and not enrolled within any Fully Managed or Work Profile configuration and you want to maintain them as Legacy in your new environment.
Then, you need to follow these additional prerequisite actions.
Workflow for iOS DEP without Full Device Wipe
If you have any iOS devices enrolled using DEP but you don't want to initiate a Full Device Wipe immediately, you need to follow the Legacy workflow's additional prerequisite actions and the DEP workflow's additional prerequisite actions
Workflow for iOS DEP with Full Device Wipe
If you have any iOS devices that are enrolled using DEP and you want to Full Device Wipe them, you only need to perform these additional prerequisite actions.
Workflow for Android Enterprise with Work Profile devices
If you have any Android devices that are enrolled with a Work Profile configuration or you want to migrate them with a Work Profile configuration, please follow the Legacy workflow's additional prerequisite actions and the Android Enterprise prerequisite actions.
Workflow for Android Enterprise with Fully Managed devices
If you have any Android devices that are enrolled with a Fully Managed configuration or you want to migrate them with a Fully Managed configuration, only perform these additional prerequisite actions.
